About us
what is CERC?
CERC is a child-centered, student-focused learning center that helps prepare children whose families are moving overseas. We work with children of all ages and help prepare them to do life differently. One of our goals is to help children and their families prepare for transition so that they can not just survive but thrive as they move to their new country.
We focus on TCKs or Third Culture Kids!
We are...
- Student focused
- Hands on learning
- Christian based curriculum
- Units based on years of research and experience
- Teachers who are well equipped to teach children in high states of transition
- Small class sizes
Different's Not bad...

Our Staff
Dedicated and loving
staff & teachers
Our staff is composed of dedicated full and part-time employees who are well trained in child development, teaching styles, trauma healing, and specifically working with TCKs.
Many of our full-time staff have lived overseas and/or are adult TCKs themselves. We have a low turnover rate which speaks to the joy our teachers take in the wonderful jobs that they do.
All preschool teachers have training in childcare and child development and all school-aged teachers are licensed.
We serve approximately 550-600 students per year through 10 different programs.
